A Christian podcast inspiring believers to walk by faith, not feelings. Tune in for real conversations that strengthen your spirit and align your heart with God’s truth.
Before you rush into what’s next, take a moment to look back.
Not to live there. Not to regret it.
But to recognize what God brought you through.
In the Season 3 finale of Faith Frequency, we reflect on Joshua 4:1–7 and the twelve stones Israel carried from the Jordan—physical reminders of God’s faithfulness.
Because when a season ends, the question isn’t simply, “What happened?”
It’s:What will you carry forward?
Some things need to be left behind. But the wisdom, the growth, the lessons—and the evidence of God’s faithfulness—are worth remembering.
You may still be facing some of the same circumstances. But look closer.
You’re not the same person facing them.
As we close Season 3, take time to remember what God has done, recognize how He has changed you, and carry His faithfulness into whatever comes next.

Stop Checking Someone Else’s Lane | Faith Frequency S3 E13
Have you ever been completely fine with where you were—until you saw someone else moving ahead?
Their opportunity. Their breakthrough. Their progress.
Suddenly, what God is doing in your life doesn’t feel like enough.
In John 21:20–22, Peter did something incredibly human. Jesus told him, “Follow me.” But Peter looked at another disciple and asked, “Lord, what about him?”
Jesus redirected him: “What is that to you? You follow me.”
This episode is a reminder to stop measuring your private process against somebody else’s public moment.
You don’t need their timeline. You don’t need their assignment. You don’t need their story.
You need to be faithful with yours.

Don’t Let One Bad Moment Become a Bad Day | Faith Frequency S3E12
One bad moment doesn’t deserve your whole day.
Maybe it was a frustrating conversation. A disappointing message. A mistake. Something someone said.
The moment may have lasted five minutes...but you’ve been carrying it for five hours.
ln Season 3, Episode 12 of Faith Frequency, we’re talking about how to acknowledge what happened without allowing one difficult moment to control your attitude, your relationships, your decisions...or everything that happens next.
📖 Psalm 118:24:
“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Notice—it doesn't say this is the perfect day.
It says this is the day.
You can admit:
“That hurt.”“I’m disappointed.”“I’m frustrated.”
Faith doesn't require pretending.
But eventually, ask yourself:
Does this moment deserve the rest of my day?
Pause. Pray. Reset.
What happened is real. But it doesn’t get to own what happens next.
🙏 Stay through the end for prayer.
