   Surrender, Trust, Building Belief

Hello Luminous Souls! In this episode, I share my journey from NY to NC and what it was like to surrender into total trust that all would work out, despite me being a single parent, with very little resources, no family or friends in the city, and not having any type of plan. If you are someone who feels like they need to always have total control - have Plan A, B, and C - then this is for you! As I mentioned in Episode 8 on Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies, there is much more power in the leaning back and allowing - this is the Feminine. The work is not active or physical like Masculine, but because it's energetic, it holds more power! And again, those have nothing to do with gender. Plus you get to learn a little more about my personal journey and struggles and the leaps of faith I had to take to create the life I'm so proud of! Thanks for being here guys and supporting me! I love you and I speak blessings into every area of your life! Please share your takeaways and experiences with me, I love hearing your stories! FIA Ep.12: Ego, Fear, and Dreaming Big!

Hello Luminous Souls! This episode is about how our brains and ego can illicit fear that we often allow to hold us back. When I started learning about energy and the interconnectedness of the human experience and then began coaching, I really saw it even more magnified - we ALL have things that hold us back, cause us fear, make us feel unworthy or not enough. Here's the thing, stepping into the unknown just means taking the smallest step toward the goal - tune in to the full episode for how we can do that while feeling supported, loved, and held - we can always land on our feet no matter what we go through! FIA Ep.9: Clover Ford on Pain to Purpose

Hello Luminous Souls! I couldn't be more excited to share this episode with you!! My dear sweet friend Clover Ford is here to share her journey with Colorism and talk about what she co-created with the Divine which allowed her to alchemize a nasty wound into an incredible opportunity!! Colorism is the preference for a lighter skinned person over a darker skinned person and it's quite prevalent in minority communities, including African American, Latino and East Indian. It's obviously another learned discriminatory belief that originated in colonialism and slavery, but has seeped it's way through generations and is disgustingly still prevalent today. Thankfully Clover didn't let it stop her, as she follows the calling of her soul, marches to the beat of her own drum and continues to lead and promote healing conversations regarding Colorism. Duality

Hello Luminous Souls, today's chat about duality is about all the crazy that has been going on in my life, but also our ability to have negative experiences, feel disappointment and frustration, and still feel loved, supported, and know that easier times will return. I know the recording doesn't sound extremely debilitating, somehow the retelling didn't arouse the hard feelings I've been managing, but still I hope it shows our personal power and that how we respond to everything is a decision. Energy, Frequency, Vibration

Hello Luminous Souls, I've been looking forward to sharing some basics on this topic because it's one that I first started utilizing in my day-to-day life when I began to awaken. Understanding these concepts can help you make some initial small shifts that will reap large rewards! It also allows you to "test" the theory and use energy in a practical way to enhance your life and live more fully on your own terms.
