In this podcast I get personal in speaking about faith, and how my life has changed since I found faith. I have derived myself from religion practices to a spiritual approach. I want you to know God the way I have come to know him, thru my imperfections and failures. It is important for me to share my story to shine light in your lives. And remind us all that nobody is perfect, life isn’t perfect but we can definitely change the way we deal with the ugly things in life.
In this episode I get personal, I share a story about faith during a near death experience. This is as real as it gets. This is my story, I hope to shine some light into your lives. Have a blessed day

“Faith it till you make it” Intro
“Fitness is a state of the mindset”. My name is Berenice Arroyo, the founder of this podcast. Thru my imperfections and facing troublesome battles I have come to know faith (God), not thru practicing religion, but by practicing spirituality and prayer. Nothing else. Growing up in a religious home, I was never in tune with faith until I faced a near death experience, illnesses in my family, depression and anxiety, it wasn’t until I lost it all and faced homelessness that I became drawn to my faith. I want you to know God the way I’ve come to known him, tune in to my podcast, I will be sharing personal life experiences that I hope will bring light to this world and to you. In short God is love and forgiveness, and learning to fall and get back up stronger, wearing your pain with a smile.

“Behind every mad woman lies a mad man”
“Is it love or lust”. How much of you are you willing to give for that other person, yet going unnoticed? When do we come to the realization that enough is enough! Is it love or is it lust? For a woman who dedicated 20 years of her life to someone is not easy to overcome the doubt and the lack of strength and self worth. This is my story, unedited as is, as real as it gets. Not for everyone. Listen or ignore. Live love laugh.
