The Lord’s Supper | Faith Talks
Why do Christians celebrate the Lord’s Supper? What does the bread and cup mean for us today? And how should we come to the Lord’s Table?
In this episode of Faith Talks, Sarah and Mike reflect on Jesus’ words, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” The Lord’s Supper invites us to remember Christ’s sacrifice, receive His grace, and renew our relationship with Him.
Together, we explore three ways to approach the Lord’s Table:
Come with anticipation — expecting God’s grace.
Come with self-examination — honestly opening our hearts before God.
Come with reconciliation — seeking forgiveness and peace with others.
Jesus said, “I am the bread of life.” The Lord’s Supper reminds us that Christ is not simply someone who gives us what we need—He Himself is our life.
As we remember Christ as our Passover Lamb, Living Bread, and Lord, we are reminded that His sacrifice looks backward to the cross and forward to the day when He comes again.
Based on the message by Pastor KYEWOON CHOI.

Eternal Royalties
Eternal Royalties | Faith Talks
What if the smallest things we do for others matter more to God than we realize?
In Matthew 10:40–42, Jesus reminds us that when we welcome His people, we welcome Him—and that even something as simple as giving a cup of cold water in His name will not be forgotten. Our acts of kindness may seem small, unnoticed, or easily forgotten, but God sees them all.
In this episode of Faith Talks, Mike and Sarah reflect on “Eternal Royalties,” a message by Pastor KYEWOON CHOI, about faithfulness, eternal reward, and the way we treat the people God places in our lives.
We don't serve Christ to earn salvation. We serve because we have already received His grace. And Jesus promises that our faithful love will never be wasted.
What seems small to us may be precious to God. No act of faithful love is ever wasted, and no act of faithful love is ever forgotten.
Scripture: Matthew 10:40–42 (NASB 1995)

Three Things That Darken the Heart
Three Things That Darken the Heart
What causes a heart to grow spiritually dark? Romans 1:21 gives us a sobering progression: people knew God, but did not glorify Him or give thanks; their thinking became futile, and their hearts were darkened.
In this episode of Faith Talks, Mike and Sarah explore three things that can slowly pull our hearts away from God:
1. Self-Glory — When we put ourselves at the center instead of giving God His rightful place.
2. Ingratitude — When we take God’s blessings for granted instead of cultivating a thankful heart.
3. Futile Thinking — When lesser things consume our attention and become more important than the things that matter eternally.
But the message doesn't end with a warning. There is a way back into the light:
Glorify God. Give Thanks. Focus on What Matters.
Join Mike and Sarah for this encouraging reflection based on the message “Three Things That Darken the Heart” by Pastor Kyewoon Choi, from Romans 1:21–22.
