Gaat al dan niet over vogels! Ik vind het leuk om naar vogels te gluren, maar echt veel weet ik er eigenlijk niet van af, dus jullie moeten niet alles geloven wat ik over vogels zeg. Dat is dan ook precies het ding van deze show: ik geef jullie elke aflevering over een bepaalde vogel een aantal leuke wetenswaardigheden, waarvan een deel echt klopt en het andere deel direct m’n duimpie uitgezogen komt. Die factcheck doen jullie zelf maar!

Een amateur zonder noemenswaardig “track-record” die opeens een roerdomp op een fietspad ziet staan, daar trappen ze niet in. Dat zal wel een viezige blauwe reiger geweest zijn en de arme stakker kon het verschil niet zien, zullen ze mompelen vlak voor ze je voor eeuwig van hun website verbannen."</p>

Althans, dat loopt ie bij mannetjes. Bij vrouwtjes ontbreekt deze lijn, dus een vrouwelijke halsbandparkiet heeft geen halsband.. Dit soort vrouwonvriendelijke namen komt vaker voor in de vogelwereld: de blauwborstvrouw heeft bruine borsten, de zwartkopvrouw heeft een bruine kop, de pijlstaartvrouw heeft geen pijlstaart."</p>
