Life happens and it can knock you down. If it is not from the self-limiting thoughts that cripple our minds, it is the habits that we have picked along the way. My mandate in this podcast is to draw you closer to God in a non-preachy way. Through storytelling, advisory, and personal journey when it comes to how I learned to be more self-aware, self-love, and have a mental and spiritual awakening like no other. I offer more practical solutions to real-life problems!
The feeling of rejection sucks! Be it from a partner, job opportunity, the contract being declined, and many other sources of rejection. Why do we feel rejected? Where does it come from and how do we go about it? This is why you need to have a listen-in on today's episode. It is not one of that wham-bam kind of episodes, where it is a quick fix, no. It will need practice, imperfection, and forgiveness. Have a listen, I encourage you to share your experiences, like, subscribe and share this episode with whoever you feel needs it!
Be blessed!

Forgiveness
Forgiveness. I bet the minute you read the word, you started ruminating about all the people you have wronged in the past. does it have to be like that? I discuss what forgiveness should mean. I mean surely, second from God forgiving us, there is a step that we miss... Remember, though we are fallen, we are worthy in Christ Jesus. #fallenandworthy

Obedience, Two dogs and Sausages
We are called to obey God and do according to His purpose. Sometimes, obeying God means doing the unthinkable "Crazy" thing. So, this is a story of my obedience to God, two sausages and stray dogs! I am here to remind us that you are still worthy in Christ Jesus though you are fallen.

What we are all about!
I bet you have heard so much advice about life and what it should or shouldn't be. However, there are so many of those that are impractical. So I go into detail on what drove me to start this podcast. One of the reasons is as simple as I have been in a position where I was down and out and nothing made sense. It is all made possible by the Grace of God. Though I promise not to be preachy, I can assure you that God was at the centre of my healing and self-love!
