Fake PhD William Clement Small (Dr. Will Enterprises)

William Clement Small is a Fake doctor that claims to have a PHD in Religious Studies. But the man never graduated from college. Many people are deliberately misrepresenting their academic qualifications with fake degrees; William C. Small is one of them. One source for these illegitimate titles is Church based diploma mills. A Church based so-called college that gives people credit for life experience. All you need to do is pay a fee and you get a worthless piece of paper that says you are now a PHD in religious studies. Subsequently, people like William Small are now calling themselves “Dr.”, implying they have done the necessary academic work to receive such a title and that the quality of such work was verified by authorities in that field. Mr. Small also claims to be the Chairman and CEO of Beautiful Feet Ministries, Inc which is a Defunct Nonprofit on the IRS revoke list. This nonprofit never filed any tax returns, so the IRS banned it from operating. William Small also claims to be a Financial Expert with 15 years in the Financial Services industry and that he made over $100 million for his clients with No Proof! We checked with the government, SEC and FINRA Mr. Small has never been licensed as a investment adviser. He is not a CFP or CFA. The only record we can find, is Mr. Small was a licensed Insurance Agent in New York for two years that expired June 30, 1995. The only Finance related credential Mr. Small has is the Certified Financial Education Instructor. This is a no Prerequisite, online test, that requires no college education or professional license. Anyone can pay for this credential and earn it in a matter of weeks. He currently works as a Mobile Notary based out of Frisco Texas. William Small is an online grifter that claims to be an expert on Relationships, Finance, and Domestic Violence. Scammers like Mr. Small are easy to expose. Simply check their so-called credentials. Mr. Small does not have a PHD from an accredited college, he has never been licensed as an investment advisor, only an insurance agent for two years, and he is not a certified financial planner.
