And we love to say in and as we close out this time with you today, we're going to give you a little helpful hint of a practicality to do that. It's what we call the red X. What's the red X mark? The red X is an intentional scheduled date. Put a big red X gets your red sharpie and just put a big red X on that calendar and just make plans. And again, it can be anything, but the main thing you're going to be together with your spouse and you know, if you got to get a child sitter, if you got to get whatever you got to get into place, but make sure there's some red X's on that calendar every single month.
