Mike Sizemore educates us about Greek Mythology in Fetch Book Two: The Rescue
<p>John Carpenter Presents Storm Kids recently announced the second graphic novel in the Fetch series, titled Fetch Book Two: The Rescue. The graphic novel introduces young readers to the world of Greek mythology. </p><p>Fetch Book Two: The Rescue is written by Mike Sizemore, with art by Dave Kennedy and is slated to arrive everywhere books are sold this May. </p><p>We had the opportunity to speak with Mike Sizemore about the upcoming volume of his graphic novel series and touch a bit on how our protagonists have ventured into the next chapter of the YA graphic novel. </p><p>Be part of the rescue this May!</p>

Go Ahead and Die Max Cavalera
<p>Geek Network onces again dives into the pit. They had the honor to sit down and speak to Max Cavalera the cofounder of Sepultura the heavy metal Brazilian band who has made waves through the music industry about their sophomore album with one of his most current bands “Go Ahead and Die.”</p><p>This album was conceived during the COVID time. The themes of “Unhealthy Mechanisms” has to do with a dystopian future, and the route we are heading down if we don’t learn to live and accept one another as a society.</p><p>One of the biggest highlights from this interview is that Max spoke about what the metal community is all about. He squashed the stereotype that all metal heads are satanic and violent people. On the contrary it’s not about that at all. When he meets fans they’re full of love and emotion, and smile the brightest. They also have an amazing energy that no one else can bring. Lastly, he has seen multiple people falling down in the pit and fellow members of the pit help that person up so they can continue moshing. Max also days with being part of a big rock and metal loving community that we can help each other heal with the power of music.</p>

<p>Breaking Glass Pictures recently released Beware of the Boogeyman, a psychological thriller written and directed by the talented Calvin Morie McCarthy. </p><p>In the film, Dr. Tristian MacKenzie begins her orientation at the Silverdale Psychiatric Hospital for the criminally insane. There, she encounters Dr. Moon, a mysterious figure who unveils a series of peculiar cases involving five patients and their common delusion: THE BOOGEYMAN.</p><p>We had the opportunity to speak with director Calvin McCarthy about his maniacally crafted thriller that delves into the darkest corners of the human mind. </p><p>The film is available now.
