COVID-19 has impacted literally every aspect of our society, workplaces are closed and employees are forced into unemployment or put on furlough. Everyone is fighting on Facebook debating the merits of wearing masks to lower risk of spreading the virus, and everyone else is caught in the middle. Schools are closed and there’s no telling when or if they will re-open this year, what are teachers to do, especially those who teach the performing arts? Well we are going to talk to four educators who have some stories about their experiences with distance learning from a music and theatre standpoint and we will hear the latest research and recommendations on how and if, students can ever get back in a classroom again.

The first is a filmmaker, writer, producer, award winning actress and acting coach. The second is an agency director and agent and I will be asking them about projects they were working on prior to Covid, what they are doing now and what they believe the future of the film industry is going to look like in order to re-open safely.
