防疫新生活25 - 飯店旅館業共享員工救經濟
今天 全球酒店集團來出招 新冠肺炎重創全球經濟，以飯店旅館業來說，低到谷底的住房率，讓很多人力被迫閒置，而另一方面，零售店、物流業，在這個時候又非常忙錄，在國外，全球酒店集團希爾頓就跟28家公司合作，包括亞馬遜、好市多、連鎖藥局沃爾格林等，讓這些缺人的公司優先聘僱自己的員工，建立專門網頁，讓員工能夠快速連結到這些公司應徵，實際運作上，就是由原本的公司持續替員工付保險和福利金，由承租的公司付員工薪水，透過共享員工，解決彼此困境。反觀台灣，目前還沒有這樣的做法，必須先考量法規執行面，雇主和勞工的權益都先說清楚，才能讓大家有飯吃，權益也不能少。

防疫新生活24 - 防疫新生活露天音樂會先鬆綁
藝文活動開放戶外演出囉！ 由於台灣疫情趨緩，中央流行疫情指揮中心陳時中部長，鼓勵民眾放輕鬆走到戶外，享受戶外音樂會等藝文活動；這對因疫情停擺兩個多月的表演團體來說是最好的消息，紛紛規劃小型戶外表演，尤其是夏天必備的露天音樂會，將是第一波鬆綁的藝文表演。上週台北市立交響樂團就在大安森林公園舉辦兩場露天音樂會「與月光共舞」。而高雄衛武營擁有大片綠地，五月開始也舉辦一系列露天表演，包括在榕樹廣場舉行「武營來跳舞」，讓民眾在保持安全的社交距離下，快樂舞動身體；還有其他動靜態創意展演，也改到戶外舉辦，讓表演團隊與觀眾持續保有對表演的熱情與能量。
