FarmTalk N°19: Stadt Land Graben
<p>Bauern geben Städter - immer wieder hört man vom Stadt-Land-Graben. Doch gibt es den wirklich? Um diese Frage zu klären, ist FarmTicker-Autorin Valérie ins schöne Aargau gereist und hat mit Nadja Rothenbühler vom <a href="https://www.koenighof.ch/" target="_blank">Könighof </a>gesprochen. Nadja ist Bäuerin und spricht aktiv live und digital mit Nicht-Landwirten und -Landwirtinnen, macht Vorträge an Schulen und steckt sozusagen mitten in diesem Graben.</p>

FarmTalk N°18: Wie viel ist unser Essen wert?
<p>Herr und Frau Schweizer gaben 2018 laut dem Bundesamt für Statistik gerade mal 6,3% ihres Einkommens für Lebensmittel aus. Im europäischen Durchschnitt befinden wir uns damit ziemlich am unteren Ende. Es zeigt sich; je reicher ein Land, desto weniger Geld wird für Essen ausgegeben. Auf der anderen Seite kommen bald einige Initiativen an die Urne, welche die Lebensmittelpreise unweigerlich steigern werden, wie z.B. die Trinkwasserinitiative. Doch heute schon zeigt sich, dass viele Konsumenten nicht bereit sind, die teureren Lebensmittel zu kaufen, z.B. mit dem Bio Label. Laut Bio Schweiz wächst der Bioanteil in unserem Warenkorb zwar ständig, der aktuelle Marktanteil liegt jedoch bei ernüchternden 10.3%. Auch wir hören immer wieder, unsere Produkte in den Hofläden und im Restaurant seien zu teuer.</p> <p>Über genau diese Thematik spricht Nadine Gloor in dieser Podcast-Folge mit Raphael Peterhans. Dieser ist Landwirt und verhandelt die Preise unserer Frisch- und Manufakturprodukte mit dem Detailhandel.</p>
