We talk about how to handle the low moments in life and how to lead as an example and how to control our emotions before we hit our breaking point. We also touch on learning how to be self-aware of our feelings and thoughts and building mental strength when things get tough.
With June being Men's Mental Health Month, this is a topic very close to our hearts and one that is not mentioned enough these days.

Episode 3 | 3 Ways to Help Overcome Fear
In this episode, we share our approach when dealing with overcoming certain emotions or thoughts that may get the best of us. A step-by-step guide to help you and your kids deal with the challenges thrown your way, and how to handle them with ease. We also talk about a couple of exercises you can use with your kids whenever they are feeling down or hard on themselves when things get tough. Being able to handle the struggles at home and in other areas, will make it that much easier when facing them on the course.

Episode 2 | Navigating The Dual Roles of Coach vs. Dad
In this episode, we share our experiences of the summer and give insights on how to handle coaching and being a dad. When to apply pressure and challenge, and when to ease off and try a different approach. Navigating these two roles can be a tricky task, but we give some pointers and examples that have helped us significantly. We also talk about ways to help build confidence while playing on the course and how that can be carried over into other aspects of life.

In this Pilot episode, Juan shares his story of how he got into golf and what it has meant for him as a dad, and how it has changed his mindset on the game. With the inception of Mint Golf Company, he now hopes to build a community for other fathers to want to grow and learn not only about golf, but learn how to bond with their kids as well.
