In this episode, I fulfilled the listener request from my Instagram poll to give advice (actually solicited this time!) from audience submissions. I talk about how to take accountability and responsibility to shift from victim mindset to thriving in healing (please, for the love of all things, do not associate this with shit that it's not meant to be associated with. This doesn't have anything to do at all with politics. Not that kind of podcast).
I also give a few examples of how to break out of a rut from the day-to-day monotony of life. Most of those suggestions don't cost very much, if anything. Try them out and give me some feedback!
Finally, I touch a little bit on how to tell intuition from paranoia. There's quite a difference, in my experience. What's it feel like for you?
