How many times do you talk yourself out of an idea or action because you think of EVERY possible reason why you shouldn’t?! Same. We talk ourselves out of every possible thing that even semi-scares us or creates the feeling of “what if i fail?”
Thank goodness we have a guest today that tells us to just go for it, and even better, tells us how she did just that! Sometimes you have to jump in and figure things out from there, and Alexis from @rootshome_ gave us ALL of the shiny vibes while telling her story during this session.✨

Fave Humans: it’s Spring time! Freakin finally.
And that means time to grow and flourish 🦋 In this episode, we discuss that part of transitioning through the seasons of life include outgrowing certain hobbies, relationships, jobs, {clothes-hello pandemic 15}, and that’s OK! It may not be an easy process, but it does create more space for you and figure out what your needs are as an evolving human. Your circle may get smaller, which also may mean it’s getting stronger 😉
Let’s make a promise to invite change in, because it could be the best decision we’ve ever make.

A much needed fave humans session addressing some FAQ about Stef’s engagement turned wedding in a two month span 🎊 Plot twist: she’s not expecting 😉 Just executed on an intimate wedding for 8!
We also zero in on a heart-to-heart about the company we keep: quality over quantity is our motto! If this pandemic has taught us anything, it’s the value of the humans we hold near and dear to our hearts and what they do for our souls. What’s the number one trait you appreciate in a friend?
Though it has been a rough year for many, we try to bring ourselves back to the shiny aspects of what, or specifically who, kept us going. We say it all the time, surrounding yourself with people that keep you shiny is important!
