What Will You Pass On?
In this sermon from Genesis 48-50, Pastor Spencer Harmon walks through the final days of Jacob's life to ask a pressing question: what do you want to pass on to the next generation before you die? Using his own family history as an entry point, he draws out three things Jacob leaves behind — his testimony, his wisdom, and his death — and applies each one to how older and younger generations in the church can disciple one another. It's a moving call for the older saints to share their stories, warnings, encouragement, and above all Jesus with the next generation, and for everyone, young or old, to think seriously about finishing life well.
