Being Single can be an advantage for mission.</p><p>Singleness is not life on hold. In Christ, singleness can be life on mission.</p><p>3. Being single requires Spirit-filled discipline.</p><p>“For this is God’s will, your sanctification: that you keep away from sexual immorality, that each of you knows how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not with lustful passions, like the Gentiles, who don’t know God.”</p><p>1 Thessalonians 4:3–5, CSB</p><p>“Guard your heart above all else, for it is the source of life.”</p><p>Proverbs 4:23, CSB</p><p>4. A Word for the Wise Wife: Respectful Submission</strong></p><p></p><p>“Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.”</p><p>Colossians 3:18, CSB</p><p></p><p>so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands and to love their children, to be self-controlled, pure, workers at home, kind, and in submission to their husbands, so that God’s word will not be slandered. </p><p>Titus 2:4-5 CSB</p><p></p><p>a.
