Welcome! My name is Josiel Gonzalez and this is the Fear.Less444 podcast. Join me as I explore impactful ways to empower our local communities and engage in creative dialogue with open minded guests where we bring various topics to light. The goal is to be one of the most vulnerable, versatile, and high vibrational podcasts on this platform. Injoy! ~
In this episode, I talk about the historic week/weekend that just transpired in the cryptocurrency space. SHIBA, in particular, has been on an absolute tear. There are so many things popping off in the digital currency/NFT/Metaverse world and I share my opinions on where I see it going in the future. This is a great episode for anyone who's been following the charts (and possibly not sleeping as much as they used to haha) or for those who are seeing all the public attention and want to know more about this space. In this session, you will also hear about the huge mistake I made trading over the weekend. Those gas fees will get you!
I share some coins that I believe will trend up this month and add context as to why. Anyone else notice MANA quietly going alllll the way off?

#9 Market Update - also China bans Crypto?
In this episode, I am joined by founder of InBraceInvestments, Steven “Sych” and we discuss our thoughts on the recent market crash. More specifically, we get into China’s decision to ban cryptocurrencies (declaring them illegal activity) and what that could mean for the economy both in the United States and internationally. We also react and share some insight on the current landscape of the US economy and what could happen if the government does indeed run out of money by October 18th as reported by the Treasury (via CNN).
If you want to hear some hot takes. Sych shares his analysis on where he sees the Dow Jones going in the near future as well as Doge and Bitcoin. For anyone who’s hesitant or still doubtful about the environment surrounding crypto currencies, I introduce a couple of crypto currencies that could have a lot of real- world value in the future if the digital market continues to expand to larger institutions like banks.
THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE! The information received from this podcast is for informative and entertainment purposes. Do your own research. We hope you enjoy this session and hope to continue to build community around investing, blockchain functionality, & how it could empower our people.

#8 Community Love
In this episode, I am joined by lifelong Bostonian, Haithem Abdella, and we discuss our experience as volunteers in the Boston Community Fridge movement. The intention behind this session is to spread love & awareness for a movement that is now 1 year strong (in Boston). We hope to encourage more volunteers to join the family but also wanted to create good energy around mutual aid efforts and the importance of it. We briefly discuss the distinction between a mutual aid approach to that of a charity and share our real experience. If this episode resonated with you, please don't hesitate to follow our IG account to see what we are about or to see how you can help out. We really embrace new volunteers because this movement can only be as strong as the people & energy behind it. For the people & of the people.
If you wanted to know if your local community already has one, we could also help you out! Ideas are always welcome as well. The purpose of this session was also to create more dialogue around how we, the people, can all contribute to the advancement of the human collective.

#7 Numerology Starter Pack
Do you like numbers? In this episode, I share what I have been able to learn about numerology through my studies and personal experience. This is a great episode for someone who may be looking for new ways to connect with themselves or for those who may be at a phase in life where they may feel out of alignment or lacking a sense of direction. The study of numbers and how they manifest into our universe has been around for centuries. Our ancestors had very unique ways of interpreting numbers and believed the universe was an embodiment of numerical harmony. Numbers carry very sacred messages and energies. This is a very vast topic so for the purposes of this episode, I wanted to share how numerology can be utilized to figure out your life's purpose, strengths, and potential weaknesses. It gets deep! This is just a starter pack...

#4 Unlearning with Unwrttn
In this episode, I am joined by two educators/entrepreneurs (Kevin Mejia and Shaquan Booker) and we have a reflective conversation about what it was like receiving an education through the traditionally underrepresented American school system and concepts we wish we could have learned. They each have 5+ years teaching in the inner cities of Boston and share their perspectives on the current state of education, what they feel is working, and how they navigate their desire to effectively teach their students despite the impediments in the curriculum. We also get into the intention behind their clothing brand, Unwrttn, and the impact it has had in their local communities. Aside from educating through fashion, Unwrttn has consistently given back a portion of their earnings to help feed homeless people in their neighborhood and have hopes of being an even greater resource in the future. This dialogue is great for those who have a passion for discovering their truth or for any educators out there who may struggle with teaching around the systemic limitations in their role. Shoutout to y'all!

#3 - INNER G ALIGNMENT
In this episode, I speak on ways that I channel my inner g (energy) and the importance of obtaining an awareness over the vibrations you give off to the world. I also explain how having an innerstanding of who you are as a person, and your soul's purpose here on this Earth, can allow you to have a greater capacity to be receptive towards other energies including your own. There are times in life, where we let external forces or pressures take over, and it causes us to act out of character or out of alignment with our true intentions. There are a lot of circumstances that may be out of our control, but remembering that we have complete control over our inner g shifts some (if not all) of the power in our hands. I would love for this message to reach those it's intended to reach and hope it resonates in this part of their journey in life.
