The conversation also covers hair routines, scalp health, and the challenge of finding products that can keep up with training demands, weather shifts, and frequent styling changes.Rachel and Caelyn also highlight a relatable athlete detail—competing while wearing jewelry—and how it connects to confidence, identity, and getting locked in before stepping on the track. This isn’t just discussion—it’s athlete-led brand pitching in real time.
