Feathermane Soul Wisdom shares spiritual wisdom to help neurodivergent people find liberation and radical self-love and acceptance. The host, Kit Caelsto, is a trauma-informed spiritual mentor working through a wide liberation lens including disability liberation, mad liberation, neurodivergent liberation, and queer liberation. They use yoga philosophy and spirituality to help you drop the masks and be your fully embodied and amazingly divine authentic self.
What does the Tower tarot card, the wild, and our current poly-crisis situation have in common? Dogma. The unwavering belief that some humans have that things should not and could not be changed because that is how they were always done.
And yet, dogma is a very human construction like a lot of other things. While the wild may have instinct and established patterns, it can, and does, change. (A good example is the birds that stopped over in the upper midwest to wait for the cold front to push forward before going southward.)
When we connect with the wild, we put a crack in dogma. We start to examine it, and when we connect with the wildness inside ourselves, we start to see where we may be tied to dogma and how we can begin to untether ourselves from it.
This episode is an exploration of these themes and an invitation to see what dogma you still may be clinging to and why.

Revisiting the Spiritual Buffet
I did an earlier episode about the spiritual care buffet, but lately I’ve been thinking about just how the different things I do go together and why I offer all these different things. So today, I want to speak a little bit about that and why having so many options can be beneficial to those of us who are neurodivergent, queer, chronically ill or consider themselves disabled (under any model of disability).

The Power of Radical Acceptance
Radical acceptance is a powerful tool that can help ease anxiety and stress. Drawing upon the Buddhist belief that attachment/desire causes suffering, radical acceptance allows us to see things as they truly are and then work from there to make any desired changes.
This episode references Tara Brach’s work including her book Radical Acceptance (https://amzn.to/468TMpe).
