Dr. David Lalman grew up on a diversified farm in Kansas, but really enjoyed working with the cattle. As he progressed through school and started to apply for work, he kept falling into opportunities that kept him working with cattle but also continued his education at the same time. In this episode he shares with us some of his research and one point that's particularly interesting is that if you do it right, you can feed cattle up to 20% less without much effect.
