FEED ME JAKE EP. 08 Vodka Pasta and a taste of Jake
Jake is a Los Angeles-based chef and creator, and the host of Feed Me Jake, where he interviews artists, creators, and cultural talent while cooking for them. Raised in northern Indiana, he grew up cooking from age six and built his foundation in restaurants—including a James Beard-nominated kitchen and a farm-to-table spot where he took over as baker—before earning early sommelier credentials. After a brief time at Indiana University, he worked at Chicago’s Maple & Ash, met his partner, and moved to LA nearly eight years ago. A father of two who spent much of his twenties as a stay-at-home dad while cycling through hotel, finance, and real-estate roles, he returned to food through high-end events (including a Netflix collaboration with Curtis Stone). The podcast is the natural blend of everything he loves: art, fashion, food, and film.

FEED ME JAKE EP. 07 - Crêpes with Simon Adde
Simon Adde is a Paris-born model, professional boxer, and entrepreneur who owns Knockout Crêpes in Los Angeles. After starting in fashion with a rapid rise that included opening a Givenchy show for Riccardo Tisci, he shifted toward commercial work while building a life in LA with his wife. An injury has put a pause on his competitive boxing career, though he still trains; he has channeled that discipline into food, adapting his father’s classic French crêpe recipe and launching a business that has grown from farmers’ markets to selling out at Smorgasburg. Drawing on a childhood steeped in family cooking, Adde emphasizes handmade batter and consistency as he eyes a brick-and-mortar location and eventual expansion beyond the U.S.

FEED ME JAKE EP. 06 - KBBQ with Airrica
Airrica is a Los Angeles-based DJ and producer originally from New Hampshire who made an unexpected leap from radiation physics and hospital work into electronic music. After finding the oncology path too draining, she immersed herself in the LA club scene, taught herself on CDJs at home during a rough personal chapter, and quickly went from playing heavy techno in downtown warehouses to international stages. A pivotal residency in peak-era Tulum led to a chance encounter with Black Coffee, who invited her to play Ushuaïa in Ibiza during the pandemic’s restricted “Palmerera” events—an opportunity that opened the door to the European circuit. By 2023 she was performing at Coachella’s Yuma tent, and she has since held residencies with artists like Damian Lazarus and Eric Prydz while balancing high-energy global touring with a grounded LA home base centered on the gym, nature, and intentional downtime.Videographer & Assistant Editor: Dawson SchamberMusic licensed through Soundstripe.Code: PRIQPHXWXHYM3JAC

EP. 05 - Pasta with Oscar Utierre
Oscar Utierre is a Los Angeles based designer and founder of the independent fashion label Utierre, which he established in 2017. He began designing at age six by sewing clothes for Barbie dolls in a predominantly feminine household, later studying women’s and men’s wear at San Francisco’s Academy of Art University. Known for pioneering hardware-embellished briefs (evolving from a chain bra top worn by Cardi B) and ready-to-wear that shifted from avant-garde collections into women’s wear and later menswear, Utierre’s work has been pulled by stylists for artists and celebrities while he also pursued custom pieces, ghost design, and production for others—all self-funded. After a 2024 hiatus for product-development studies and personal recalibration, he continues expanding beyond swimwear (his bestselling category) into home goods and furniture, guided by a hands-on craft ethos and ongoing practice of mindfulness.

FEED ME JAKE EP. 03 - Ceviche with @ahungrylatina
Ingrid Pereyra (also known as @ahungrylatina) is a Peruvian-born food and lifestyle content creator based in Los Angeles. After training in culinary school in Peru, she moved to the U.S. She then appeared on MasterChef Peru—an experience that gave her the confidence to take her passion seriously— and spent a couple of years working in restaurant kitchens while building an online presence. Preferring the title “content creator” over “influencer,” she shares practical kitchen hacks, quick recipes, and everyday tips designed to make cooking less stressful for busy people, especially parents. Rooted in traditional Peruvian values around fresh ingredients and home cooking (sparked by watching her grandmother in the kitchen), she focuses on adding real value and simplicity rather than trends.

EP. 02 - Chicken & Polenta with Matt Wisner
Matt Wisner is a former professional runner from rural Pennsylvania who has reinvented himself as a producer and emerging director in Los Angeles. After an achievement-driven childhood and a successful collegiate and pro running career, he co-created a niche magazine with friends that mixed athletic culture and bold creative work before it was shut down amid controversy. He moved to LA about three years ago, started by producing podcasts, and has since expanded into commercial projects and music videos, including recent work with Kim Petras. He prioritizes authenticity and personal expression over pure commercial calculation, journals daily, still runs for mental clarity, and builds his career through steady incremental steps while keeping an eye on eventually directing a feature film.

EP. 01 - Kibbeh with Lorensa
Lorensa is an Israeli-born, LA-based pop artist whose music blends danceable R&B and infectious pop with raw personal storytelling. Raised in Israel, she started singing, dancing, and writing as a child—finding early expression and release through performance after her father’s passing when she was eight—and moved to the United States in 2016 to chase her dream of making music in the vein of Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Britney Spears. After early success in Miami with the EDM collaboration “Dance Stay High,” she navigated the highs and lows of New York before settling in Los Angeles, where she fully stepped into her own sound. Tracks like the vulnerable 2020 single “Birthday” and more recent anthems such as “Priority” and the upcoming “Bad for Me” chart her evolution from insecurity and loneliness to a confident, unapologetic “fuck it” era focused on situationships, self-priority, and pure fun. Independent-minded and fiercely dedicated, Lorensa writes from her own timeline, prioritizes living fully, and aims to connect people through music that feels both deeply personal and irresistibly danceable.
