You & I - Humming and Breathing

<p>I love breathwork and how wise our body is. My favorite breath is one where I can slow down and BE PRESENT.&nbsp;</p> <p>Slow down with this episode and breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth, to a count of five for each. This is Coherent Breathing, bringing balance and harmony to your body.&nbsp;</p> <p>I add humming today. Sound, in its essence, is vibration.
