觀照與看見
我兒子當初快兩歲的時候發現左眼聚焦看東西會內斜，眼科說是先天遠視，需要配鏡矯正，那麼，兩歲之前難道都沒在看？ 肯定有，只是他不是看，不是聚焦在個體，是用〝照〞，照的視角模式就是整體，非頭腦的無分別在看，所以不會儲存在頭腦記憶裡，這就是為什麼我都都不記得三歲前發生的事情。 所以，觀照並非需要學習而是你曾經使用過的生存本能，這個能照的源頭就是光。 小孩之所以可愛就是他們溫暖的發光體還沒被社會污染。 至於看見，肉眼所看皆入頭腦，你看我我看你，就是記憶與記憶的交流，夢境的材料。 回想你以前小時候的樣子，多可愛啊，那狀態還在，以前的你時時刻刻都用光溫暖他人，現在立刻就可以在繼續。 當你用光去照射這世界的時候，這世界會感謝你讓它進入你的心，完美。

享受存在的滋味
大多數人，每天所想所做，不外乎有個終極目的，就是享受人生，其實只能說是以物質刺激深層感官，產生短暫享受的感覺。 財色名食睡就是一種替代品，花了大把時間工作換取金錢只為了無法恆久的享受，代價有點大。 但話說回來，為了享受而活是完全正確的，當你處於享受狀態的時候，那微醺，飄然的愉悅漫延全身時，還需要無所不知的智慧嗎？還管開悟不開悟？ 有一種無時效性的享受，就是享受整體存在，白話就是什麼都不必做，目前進度大概只有頭部存在。
