<p>„Sei ein Mann!“ - Mulan Movie</p> <p><br></p> <p>Jasmin</p> <p>Pronomen: sie/ihr</p> <p><br></p> <p>Jasmin treibt ein großes Gerechtigkeitsbedürfnis an. Aus diesem Antrieb heraus engagiert sie sich bereits seit ihrem zwölften Lebensjahr ehrenamtlich in unterschiedlichen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen. Nach ihrem Sozialpädagogik-Studium hatte sie die Idee NoA zu gründen. Nach einem anfänglichen Findungsprozess wurde diese Idee auch erfolgreich in die Tat umgesetzt - zunächst von ihr allein. Mit NoA verfolgt sie das Ziel, großflächiger gegen grenzüberschreitendes Verhalten im Alltag vorzugehen und Aufklärung in diesem Bereich zu leisten. Ihr Anliegen ist dabei sowohl Betroffene zu empowern als auch diejenigen, die sich übergriffig verhalten, eine Möglichkeit zu bieten ihr Verhalten zu reflektieren und daraufhin zu ändern. Im Großen und Ganzen liegt es Jasmin sehr am Herzen ein menschliches Miteinander mitzugestalten, in dem jede*r sich wohlfühlen und entfalten kann. But allyship not only means to think & act intersectional, but for allys to do their own research. 💜 With public & honest conversations - if they find a willingly listening audience - we have the chance to understand our different experiences better and learn and grow from each other . 💥 Every person which is not affected by multiple, structural discrimination and is willing to listen till the end, is already doing the work to be a alley.
