After contracting a virus that left me with chronic bilateral facial pain, I was forced to drastically reshape my life. I went through a grieving process for the life I once had and had to come to terms with a new reality—one that ultimately led to the creation of i am Laura. Even before becoming ill, I had a vision for something more; more freedom, more time with my family, more flexibility. I wanted to work for myself and be in control of my own life. Helping people, spreading my magic. That desire never left me, and today, I’ve turned it into reality. Now, I empower other women, just like me—mums juggling chronic illness, kids, jobs, and still holding onto that dream of doing more. I coach them to build and grow businesses that fit around their lives, rather than the other way around.
