39. You can trust yourself more if you don't need to get it right

Self-trust expands when you stop trying to be perfect and start trusting yourself to adjust.

In this episode, I explore why the pressure to "get it right" often stems from fear and how releasing that pressure can help you build deeper self-trust.

Humans are wired for survival, which makes us naturally fearful; but most modern leadership challenges are not about life-or-death situations. When we’re driven by fear, we become tense and closed off, making it harder to access intuition and wisdom.

Self trust grows not from always being right but from being willing to learn, adjust, and focus on the greater good. Letting go of the need to be right allows wisdom to flow, decisions to become clearer, and leadership to feel more natural and grounded.

People respect leaders who own their mistakes, not those who pretend to have all the answers. And trust grows when you embrace learning and course correction instead of perfection.

Sign up for The Leadership Hour here: https://noominatan.com/leadershiphour/

To find out more about Noomi Melchior Natan, her coaching, courses and more go to www.noominatan.com

Love the podcast? 38. Answering emails in masculine or feminine mode: which is best?

How do you respond when someone emails you to ask for a meeting or a call at a time that’s not going to work for you? How much do you share and what boundaries do you set?

When I became a mother I discovered something in my quest of how much to share about what I was really up to in an afternoon or in a day, and why I may or may not be available for a call.

Whether you have kids or not, I think you'll find this episode really helpful to start thinking about how you can make an empowering choice between giving a boundary-focused and structured, ‘masculine’ response or a more connecting and open ‘feminine’ response – not just in emails, but in all forms of communication.

To find out more about Noomi Melchior Natan, her coaching, courses and more go to www.noominatan.com/everything

Sign up for the free private podcast: The Taster Channel www.noominatan.com/taster

Love the podcast? 37. A lesson from 2022 that makes your success-momentum stronger

As we draw closer to the end of the year, are you already starting to plan for next year? We often just look ahead, when we really want to feel like we're building on something, not starting afresh every time.

This episode is really helpful as you start reflecting back on a year or on a period of your life.

I share a major shift for me from 2022 around finding the lesson in our experiences, and using that to move us forward, and explore the value of celebrating your achievements, and the need to trust the long-term process.

It’s my invitation to you to trust yourself and the lessons you’re given, and to keep the faith along the way.

EPISODE LINKS

To find out more about Noomi Melchior Natan, her coaching, Female Inner Power offers and more go to www.noominatan.com/everything

Love the podcast?
