Many female athletes start their training journey with the best intentions — to get stronger, faster, and fitter. But somewhere along the way, the messages around food, body image, and performance can become confusing and even harmful. In this episode, I share a very personal part of my story: my own struggle with nutrition and an eating disorder during my time as an athlete.
