相信每一个在工作的女性或者在找工作的女性都经历过各种各样的职场针对女性的歧视，女巫们聚在一起，聊了聊我们作为女性经历过的职场被歧视的经历。女性在职场被歧视，并不是因为我们能力不足，而是因为男权惧怕女性抢夺他们的资源。我们虽然没有短期的解决方法，但把歧视讲出来也是有意义的，而且我们讲的不是太多而是太少，我们要不停的讲，时刻提醒彼此，我们多么需要搭起那张由女人制定规则的桌子，唯有女权才能消除女性在职场遭受的歧视。
