Ostia, 2 novembre 1975. Una vettura sportiva sta sfrecciando a tutta velocità e contromano sul lungomare Duilio di Ostia. I carabinieri la seguiranno per un po' prima di fermarla, qui scopriranno che a bordo c'è un ragazzino, un minorenne, dal corpo gracile e i capelli riccioluti, un ragazzo conosciuto come Pino la Rana ma che in realtà un nome e un cognome lo ha. Un ragazzo che non ha ovviamente la patente per guidare e chi di lì a poco al suo compagno di cella, Giuseppe Pelosi, questo il suo nome e cognome, dirà "ho fatto un casino, ho appena ucciso Pier Paolo Pasolini".
