A Howard University alumna with an MBA from Point Park University, DaMarra brings a diverse background spanning education, human services, and public-sector leadership. She is also a wife, bonus mom, lifelong vocalist, and the creator and host of Suddenly Infertile, a podcast launched in 2025 featuring honest conversations about infertility, faith, healing, and finding purpose when life doesn’t go as planned.

Her infertility journey began nearly a decade ago and includes failed IVF, a delayed medical diagnosis that could have made pregnancy unsafe and alternative family building through adoption. She speaks out to help women and families make sense of infertility, not just survive it, while also honoring the “no” that may have saved her life. What began as a private journey became a public calling.
