<p>Praca w serwisie ma dwa wymiary. Z jednej strony to ciągłe przyjmowanie nowych zleceń, a z drugiej ich codzienne wykonywanie. Jeśli pracujesz w większym serwisie, gdzie osoby w biurze przyjmują zgłoszenia i przekazują je dalej do odpowiednich techników, to muszę przyznać, że należysz do grona dużych szczęściarzy. Często bowiem spotykam osoby, które zarządzają serwisem, a jednocześnie, są również jednym z techników co powoduje, że zdarza im się odbierać telefony będąc jednocześnie u klienta w trakcie zlecenia. W takiej sytuacji nie zawsze jest czas na wykonanie notatki, zapisanie adresu i daty nie mówiąc już o dłuższej rozmowie. </p>
