[…] What's the relationship between those kinds of projects and Vitality in a Neighborhood? One thing that we talk about a lot is place attachment. Where you live, you want to both enjoy but also feel some kind of emotional connection to you. And you being part of the project that goes there, whether it was your idea and you worked with us on it, or maybe we started it and worked with you on it. Either way, there's something there now that is unique to your neighborhood, but also something that you were a part of creating. That's what we're really trying to do. We're treating residents as co-designers of these things. so that they can look at that and say, even if it's something small, you mentioned sign toppers, we try to get residents to help design what the sign topper looks like because, again, it's their neighborhood.
