<p>Since RoofKIT focuses on sustainability, we want to talk about building in an existing context with our guest Sophia Schmidt from LRO. Besides the work as an architect, she also teaches as a research assistant at the KIT in Karlsruhe. Sophia has a lot of experience in the field of dealing with existing structures and will give us a deeper insight into her work and also the work of LRO.</p>

<p>Rasa Weber is a designer and founder based in Berlin. Her design concepts are driven by a strong narrative approach and innovative material research. In her works she creates a link between the creative industries, research and art. She works in the field of interior design, product design and film. She also lectures at the University of the Arts Berlin, University Anhalt Dessau, OCAD University Toronto and University of Leeds.</p>

<p>In our fourth episode of "Fighting 40%" we talk about the future of cities from the aspects of politics, density, mobility and participation. What should be the goals for young architects in the future? It's time to question "non-negotiable truths" in architecture and to fundamentally rethink the practice.<br> Our guest Angelika Hinterbrandner works as a freelance editor, project manager and digital strategist—mainly but not exclusively—in the field of architecture.
