The case went from missing to a homicide and has captivated locals in that city for decades and the case still isn't resolved.&nbsp;33-year-old Tanisha Silas was shot multiple times on Tucker, near Elizabeth Lake Road and Telegraph in Pontiac Michigan. The victim was found by her husband. Police said the home had been ransacked and it appeared Silas interrupted a home invasion in progress.</p>
