Welcome to Finch & Sparrow, where Cary and April obsess over the strange, subtle, and sometimes stupidly profound moments that shape us. They’re not therapists (thank God), but they are endlessly curious about why we do what we do, and how a single experience can quietly (or loudly) change everything.
Whether it’s a deep realization in traffic or an emotional epiphany an episode, they’re here to dig into it. The good, the bad, and the awkward. Especially the awkward.
Over ten years ago, April witnessed something scary happen to someone she loved. The episode still gives her PTSD every summer when she returns to the place where it happened.
