No matter how dark life gets, your sunshine is never gone—you just have to find it again. Find Your Sunshine is all about rediscovering joy, healing, and believing in yourself, even when life feels overwhelming. As a single mom navigating the ups and downs, I’m sharing real moments, raw emotions, and plenty of laughs along the way. Let’s do this together—because you deserve to shine.
Have you ever caught yourself changing who you are just to make someone else comfortable? Let's talk about being unapologetically YOU in dating, friendships, family, and every other part of life. You deserve relationships where you can show up as your real, imperfect, sometimes chaotic self without feeling like you're too much. Not everyone will be your person, and that's okay. Stop auditioning for a place in someone's life and start making room for the people who let you be you. ☀️

33: One Day at a Time: You're Not Alone
Some days, everything just feels like too much.
The to-do list never ends, everyone needs something from you, and somehow it feels like everyone else is handling life better than you are. But the truth is—you’re not alone, and you’re not failing.
In this episode, we’re talking about feeling overwhelmed, giving yourself grace, letting go of the pressure to have it all figured out, and learning to take life one day at a time.
You don’t have to solve tomorrow today. You just have to take care of today.
If you’re feeling stretched thin, exhausted, or like you’re barely holding it together, this one is for you. ❤️
You’re doing better than you think you are.

32: Why Not You? ☀️
What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want isn’t failure… but the way you talk yourself out of trying?
I was scrolling social media when I came across someone doing something completely ridiculous and getting thousands of views, and it made me stop and think: Why not me?
Why are we so quick to believe other people are capable, talented, successful, confident, and worthy—but when it comes to ourselves, our brains immediately start listing every reason we can’t?
In this episode, we’re talking about imposter syndrome, negative self-talk, the way our brains naturally look for what could go wrong, and how we can actually start training ourselves to think differently.
We’ll talk about catching those automatic negative thoughts, changing the language we use with ourselves, replacing “I can’t” with “I can’t yet,” and learning how to stop disqualifying ourselves before we ever give ourselves a chance.
Because you don’t have to feel confident before you start. You don’t have to know it will work. You just have to be willing to find out.
So why not you? Why not me?
Maybe it’s time we stop asking who we are to do it—and start asking ourselves:
Why not?
