Podcast Overview

If you have bipolar disorder you know how trapped and alone you can feel and literally be. If I can find freedom from the captive hold that bipolar 1 disorder has had on my life after 21 years of struggle, I believe you can do the same. Part of freeing myself is being real with my challenges, choosing a healthier identity and habits, releasing my past/the stories that I've locked away with shame, confronting my limiting beliefs, and rewiring my brain. My "freedom journey" to lasting mental health recovery I want to share with you. Jailbreak and finding freedom is possible. Let's do this.

This is what happened… Song dedications for this podcast episode: My Life by Imagine Dragons and Blood Upon the Snow by Hozier & Bear McCreary. Listen to however you get your music.
