AUDACITY SPECTRUM Dare to DO! Conversations in Courage with Alina Addison

I was alerted to Alina Addison by a client’s post that brought the phrase AUDACITY to my attention.  She’d had a ‘mad moment’ when she audaciously said “yes’ to a random opportunity and landed a new job! The word and concept played on my mind, so I reached out and meet the dynamic person behind the fabulous book THE AUDACITY SPECTRUM Leading with Care, Courage and Non-Conformity.  I love how it features stories & case studies including her own experiences, by making audacious choices she developed this transformational guide with practical steps to standing out as caring authentic audacious leaders from unlikely places. Alina emigrated from Romania to attend a British University, became a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co, now she is a top 4% Emotional Intelligence coach and hotel owner!
