<p>I denne særudgave af Fiskerikajen Update tager vi på tur til Anneberg ved Nykøbing Sjælland, hvor vi besøger Claus, Simon og holdet hos Dansk Tang.</p><p>Her får vi et kig bag kulisserne i deres nye tangklækkeri, hvor sukkertang, søsalat, savtang og andre arter bliver podet og dyrket til både fødevareproduktion og naturgenopretning. Fra de første forsøg i et kælderlokale til ambitionen om at producere op mod 30 kilometer podet tangreb om året – det her er historien om, hvordan en lille idé kan vokse sig stor under overfladen.</p><p>Vi taler om undervandsskove, biodiversitet, regenerative fødevarer og hvorfor tang måske kommer til at spille en langt større rolle i fremtidens havmiljø, end de fleste forestiller sig.</p><p>God fornøjelse – og tak fordi du lytter med.</p>
