So I guess the obvious question to you is why have we not solved this problem already and where are the areas that we need to focus to tackle AMR? Yeah it's a really good question. In some respects as I said you're battling evolution and that's not easy it's kind of smart as we are and as we're getting we can't outpace it yet but there are things that we can all do and all should be focusing on. I mentioned before prevention of infection is one of the key steps so if you just don't have as many infections you don't need drugs or you don't need to use as many drugs to tackle them and that's not just things like hygiene and sanitation but things like vaccines which are hugely important component of the AMR solution.
