Farewell Flingers
<p>On Ep. 100 of @flingsnthingsofficial, @moni.montenegro ends her last episode by bringing her boyfriend back on to discuss their experiences during the pregnancy so far. More importantly, they share some of the discussions they had prior and during the pregnancy that they believe others should engage in as well. Moni ends the episode solo and shares what she gained out of doing this podcast.</p><p></p><p>A final message from Moni:</p><p>Thank you everyone who has supported us since Day 1 and has listened to all of our nonsense. Hopefully you learned something. I want you all to know how much I appreciate you for following me on my journey the last 2.5 years while I navigated life through my late 20's. It was a hell of a ride, but it was so worth it. If there is one takeaway I want you to ingrain in your head, it is that you are good enough. You are worthy of a love that is pure, safe, and accepting. People will always judge you and that is something you cannot control. What you can control is how you view yourself and who you surround yourself with. Do not let anyone make you feel small or worthless. There is someone out there for everyone, but you have to be patient and you have to break patterns. Pick the person who sees you in every light and appreciates your beauty in all forms.</p>
