Ep. 106 How To Get Your Creative Spark Back!! (inspired by The Artist's Way lol)
Hi friends! I recently started listening toThe Artist's Way by Julia Cameron and it inspired this episode. I've recently been feeling a bit creatively stuck and I feel like many people I know have been too. What I heard in the book inspired some great mindset shifts for me internally about creativity and I'm excited to share them with you guys! Creativity will always ebb and flow but I feel like this mindset and these practices definitely can help get out of those ebbs faster and to creating more things you love. Happy listening!

Ep. 105 This Is Why You Feel Like You’re “Behind” (and you’re really not lol)
Hi friends! This episode is absolutely no hate or shade at creators that make this kind of "cheat code" content -> sometimes myself included LOL. But a video I saw recently really opened my mind to the idea that we all internally feel so behind these days because of our constant comparison to others online and hyper exposure to these "cheat codes" Life hacks are GREAT, these people have incredible experiences and advice that we all definitely can benefit from, but it is important to remember in this era of "cheat codes" that you can't cheat your way through life. You can cheat success, happiness, love, health, you have to make it there in your very own way and TRY YOUR HARDEST not to get discouraged when it feels like teh answers are all laid out in front of you.
