SHOES FOR FLORES adalah aksi sosial pendidikan yang digerakkan oleh orang-orang dari lintas profesi untuk memotivasi & membantu semangat pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah pedalaman Flores, SIMPA SIO INSTITUTE adalah lembaga pengarsipan dan pengembangan sosial budaya berpusat di Larantuka, dan AGUPENA FLOTIM adalah kumpulan para guru yang bergerak di kampung-kampung Flores Timur untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan anak-anak. Semua komunitas ini tumbuh dan bergerak secara sukarela, dan berakar pada niat untuk perubahan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia di Flores. </p> <p>Community Gathering ini adalah momen mempertemukan masing-masing komunitas untuk saling bersilahturahmi, memperkuat network, serta saling menguatkan. Stef Moke : Dari kapur tulis ke kemasan alkohol
<p>FLORES.ETC episode ke-tiga menghadirkan seorang guru yang beralih menjadi inovator minuman alkohol. Stef mencoba me-lift up Moke, minuman alkohol Maumere menjadi lebih carriable dalam kemasan yang praktis. "Yang bikin pekerjaan ini menarik justru karena tantangannya yang datang terus menerus, jadi ini sebuah mimpi yang prosesnya masih sangat panjang," kata Stef. <br> <br> Catatan: Karena obrolan direkam di cafe yang cukup ramai, jadi rekaman ini agak ribut. Antonius Hadjon : Dari Sekolah Dirgantara ke Kursi Bupati
