The Truth About Anxiety No One Told Me – And How Healed
Let’s be real — figuring out who you are and growing through tough times is hard. I wish I’d had an episode like this when I was going through my own struggles. So today, I’m opening up about that journey and what it taught me.🎧Episode Breakdown:Hi Everyone Welcome to the new version of my podcast Growing Through It!.In this episode I talk about blossoming into new chapters of life, figuring out who you are and in turn who you are becoming. I reflect on my experience in second year and my struggle with my mental health during that period of time with anxiety and panic attacks. I talk about survival instinct in difficult environments and how it's only in the aftermath of experiences you realise the effect they had on you. I speak about my experience with finding strength in asking for help and reflecting on the lessons of growth you can take from situations that hurt you. Knowing it's okay to do things differently to others and walk away from things that don't serve you. I hope this episode can feel like a warm hug. To remind you that healing isn't linear and that just because it's taking time doesn't mean it isn't happening. This podcast will continue to grow with me through all the different phases and this chapter is the next in navigating my 20s.Thank you for listening to the Growing Through It podcastListen to more on Spotify and Apple Stay in touch:Instagram @thegrowingthroughitpodMy Tik Tok @lifewithliliiiiiiPodcast Tik Tok @growingthoughitpod
