<p>If we were on ‘Jeopardy!’, that would be my answer. Do you know the question? If you guessed “Should I sell my home this year?” The answer is <strong>“HECK YES!”</strong></p> <p>Nearly every day, I get a call from one of my clients or their friends or family members and they ask me the million- dollar question. “Is this a good time to sell my home?” <strong>HECK YES!</strong></p> <p>No one knows what this market will do over the next year or so, or if the rates will increase. But what I can tell you is, TODAY, the prices have never been higher, and we have never seen a stronger pool of buying power due to <u>historically low </u>interest rates. There is currently 57% less inventory than last year at this time and the Buyers are purchasing it twice as fast for a higher price.</p> <p>Ultimately, only you and your family know when it’s the right time to sell.
