FND Journaling Ideas
This week, I have had some amazing moments. New Elign Movement video series on youtube (Suggested by Kristina from the zoom call a couple weeks ago.) https://www.youtube.com/@elignedmovement Smell is back, which is good and bad, but I’ll take it My FND is pretty put away this week Was able to go to a doctor’s appointment without getting triggered. Yay!!! Something I’ve been working on recently is journaling in a different way. Journaling trauma, so it’s been hard to embrace journaling in the traditional sense I’ve had a beautiful hard-bound journal, which I have placed in the notebook bucket in my brain, so I treat it more like a notebook to hold my thoughts, no matter how messy they are. Drawings Outlines Brainstorming sessions Revelation Untangling my thoughts Journaling ideas: What I’ve Learned About Recently What I Am Excited to Learn More About Things I’m Grateful For What I’ve noticed that my brain is craving lately Things that may be triggering to me What do I feel is being revealed to me lately? How can I find out more? Talents that may be budding inside me:
