[…] So I think there is some good movement going on, but it's surprising how few women really are in senior positions. in the music industry, and also producers. It's very low. It's about 5% of the top 100. Again, I interviewed someone who's a very successful woman producer, and she said, Sarah, you're not being fair. There's a lot of us out there. Just because we're not in the charts doesn't mean that we're not out there, and I appreciate that. There was Ebony Smith who mentioned that, and I was like, I'm really glad to hear that, and I know there are a lot of you, but There's an organization called Hire More Women, and they're talking about hiring more women producers.
