S2E04 - The Prankster: "I'm Colon You Back"
It's the episode you've been itching for! Bronson Pinchot is The Prankster, a wacky weapons designer who's set on getting revenge on Lois. Send in the creepy singing puppets, dangerous diamond rings, and scoreboards with Lois's face on them! When the pranks go from annoying to deadly, though, Lois seeks refuge with Clark... in an adorable scene that, at the end of the day, really does make our hearts sing! ❤️ Meanwhile, Jimmy is completely clueless, we get to visit the "absolute bottom of Metropolis" (hey, look -- a gum wrapper on the ground!), and Pete From Sports is sick of your crap! Give that man a raise -- orrrr don't. Our Special Feature this week is: History Of "The Prankster" in the comics, with Special Guest Derek Russell from The House of El Podcast! (https://www.superhouseofel.com/) * * * * * The Prankster first aired on October 9, 1994 Written by Grant Rosenberg Directed by James Hayman Starring Lane Smith, Teri Hatcher, Dean Cain, and Justin Whalin Featuring Bronson Pinchot, Rick Overton, Harold Gould, John Fleck, Charles Emmett, Ossie Mair, Jean Montanti, Kristin Bauer, Marla Frees, Leonard Termo, JD Cullum, and Smokey Bear with a six-pack! * * * FOLCS Forever: A Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman Rewatch Podcast Our website: https://folcsforeverpod.wixsite.com/podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/folcsforever Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575578566401 Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/folcsforever.bsky.social Hosted by Molly P., Julie P., and Jenn M. S2E03 - The Source: "Juggling His Balls"
SLEEPOVER AT CLARK'S! The Kents are visiting Metropolis so that Jonathan can be distracted out of his grief, and Stuart Hofferman (the titular SOURCE) just needs a safe place to hide. So what if Clark only has one bed in his apartment? Everybody pile in for season 2, episode 3, THE SOURCE! Meanwhile, Jimmy get jealous (again), Perry does crossword puzzles, Clark fixes copiers, Lois wins races against bratty teens, Superman makes weird faces, and bad guys play guitars and juggle balls. Oh, and Metropolis has a subway now!!🚇 Spoiler alert: we'll never see it again. Our Special Feature this week is: All About Eddie Jones! * * * * * The Source first aired on October 2, 1994 Written by Grant Rosenberg Directed by James Hayman Starring Justin Whalin, K Callan, Eddie Jones, Teri Hatcher, Dean Cain, and Lane Smith Featuring Peter Scolari, Jeff Joseph, Tim Grimm, Barry Livingston, Patrick Pankhurst, Anndi McAfee, William Schallert, B.J. Jefferson, Jon Van Ness, Stan Sellers, Marla Frees, Bernie Kuby, Mark Leahy, Fort Atkinson, John C. Anders, Jim Maniaci, Nick LaTour, and a very special toothbrush. * * * FOLCS Forever: A Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman Rewatch Podcast Our website: https://folcsforeverpod.wixsite.com/podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/folcsforever Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575578566401 Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/folcsforever.bsky.social Hosted by Molly P., Julie P., and Jenn M. S2E02 - Wall Of Sound: "Justice For The Trashy Brunettes"
AWAKE, MY CHILDREN -- Wall Of Sound is here! Some guy with a British accent and a penchant for sound is robbing banks and knocking down buildings. Meanwhile, in a complete coincidence, another guy with a British accent is singing about his "wall of sound" and about buildings crumbling. Wait -- could there be a connection? Indeed. Lenny Stoke, aka "The Sound Man," is our villain of the week, and he's armed with a power glove, a sound gun, 8,000 bluetooth speakers, and a posse of henchpeople. Really, I don't think this guy can be stopped. In other news, Clark gets an award nomination! Lois and Jimmy do not -- which sends both of them spiraling. Jimmy goes motorcycling straight into danger, and Lois spends her monthly wardrobe budget on leather. It sounds completely bonkers, but 2/3 of us like this episode fairly well. We especially like... THE SONG. Hum, I mean come along with us as we talk about season 2's second episode! Our Special Feature this week is: Those Saturday Night "Skit" Promos! * * * * * Wall Of Sound first aired on September 25, 1994 Written by John McNamara Directed by Alan J. Levi Starring Teri Hatcher, Dean Cain, Lane Smith and Justin Whalin Featuring Michael Des Barres, Scott Colomby, Corinna Everson, Pamela Roberts, Richard Balin, Barry Cutler, Morgan Hunter, Richard Gross, Royale Edward, Erika Andersch, Sha-Ri Pendleton, and one very patient tuxedo. * * * FOLCS Forever: A Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman Rewatch Podcast Our website: https://folcsforeverpod.wixsite.com/podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/folcsforever Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61575578566401 Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/folcsforever.bsky.social Hosted by Molly P., Julie P., and Jenn M.
