So Facebook gave me a bigger base, gave me a sign on bonus in the twenties, thirties of thousands of dollars. Then gave us relocation package in the 20s of 30s of thousands of dollars. Then said, if you move within a 15 mile radius of the headquarters, they would give you extra money because they wanted people to be close from the office and not live in like San Francisco or live in Oakland. I believe that was to the tune of $15,000. They had baby cash that when you have a child, they pay you $3,000, $4,000 to help with having a new baby. […]
